GoTide ("GoTide", "we", "us") provides AI agents that operate e-commerce stores on a seller's behalf. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the GoTide service.
We use your data to operate the service — optimize advertising, manage listings and pricing, recover fees, monitor for risks, and report results — and to provide support, billing, security, and product improvement. We act within the marketplace's terms and only take actions you've authorized.
Where we process Amazon "Information" we comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. We do not use seller or order data for any purpose other than providing the services, never sell it, and restrict access to authorized personnel and systems. Personally identifiable order information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access-logged, and retained only as long as required to provide the service or meet legal obligations, then deleted.
We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service (e.g., cloud hosting, payments, analytics), under contracts that require equivalent protection; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your data.
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, secrets management for marketplace tokens, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to meet the bar that handling live store data demands.

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect a marketplace or close your account, we delete or de-identify associated store data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
